Root Canal?~~US$550 for a root canal? Just the root canal?
I paid US$170 for a root canal in Uruguay... and another... pay for the tests. Just a minimal fee for an Dr. appointment (about US$5).
So browse around various countries.......

Too many problems in Costa Rica or bored there? Do you think Panama will be that much different?
Why not look further... much different?
Why not look further South?
If you want tropical, try Colombia. If you want European try Uruguay....
